    About 350 cal left. 😃 I thought I'd have trouble getting around 2day, given how much I worked my legs 😆 (almost shaking at the end of the 2nd workout).

    • met the more-than-20 minutes exercise goal (started the day with 7-min Pilates flexibility & balance video plus walked up to grocery store and back after supper, around 20 minutes each way)
    • but not nearly enough activity to break-even on the fit-bit net intake reading
    • DID log everything (which i consider a double-win as that is what i have to focus on the most for now .... just actively gathering the data .... NEXT phase will actively address what the data tells me).
