Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

I will probably get a lot of heat for this but…I think the whole chugging water thing is not as healthy as common Internet lore. If you are not dehydrated why drink so much water? I have seen women chugging water at work for probably 20 or more years and I don’t think they are any more or less healthy than I am. I think we should listen to our own body cues as far as thirst. To me that is more important than how many liters of water I drink. 😎😎🤷🤷

    Day 18
    Still here even though struggling.
    Tracked - yes
Exercised - yes (ran around a park picking up pinecones for a craft project).
    Under calories - no.

I try to track my water intake. Definitely notice a difference in my concentration when not drunk enough water!

Hang in there! We all struggle at times. I do a lot. Please know you are not alone and we are here.

    Tracking: Yes
    Calories: under
Exercise: Yes, hike 4.5 miles (starting with an early morning walk - even though 29 F this morning - is really doing wonders for my ability to move and have much more energy), 30 minutes strength lower body, 10 minute core, stretching, stretching, stretching

Water - if I don’t get 64 ounces each day, I am miserable. I feel miserable and I act miserable. NO ONE wants that.

Pass days to date - 4

Favorite summer activity is likely why I am here - probably "eating". I am not a summer person. Fall is my favorite. I am not a bright sun, heat, humidity, or water person. So of course it made a lot of sense that hubby and I bought a place in the Florida Keys last year. I think I'm going to need to find a better favorite summer "activity". :P

** on another note, all these "eat the frog" comments made me look up the meaning. I remember being thoroughly confused yesterday when reading MaltedTea’s post with the frog emoji. Is this another sign I am getting old?
