    I'm taking a break from logging for a little while. I'll be back next month.
    Thanks, this has gotten me to into a routine exercise habit that I'm enjoying and look forward to. This group rocks.

    Exercise Tracked In MFP (Sat and Sun off): Treadmill day off, but 20 minutes of activity today
    Calories and Water Tracked In MFP: Yes
    Within Daily Calorie Range of 1300 to 1450: No - calories were 1,746

    Pass day, so that is a total of 4 pass days. Which disqualifies me for the Winner's circle. I will continue to post, track, and build consistency. Gotta keep on keeping on!
