Pass day for me. Not over by too much but over. I didn’t plan enough food and got super hungry and low energy (I know that swimming does this to me but when I changed my training I didn’t add to my planned food). I went to the shop at lunchtime and made reasonable purchases. It all fitted with my planned dinner except I got home and realised I hadn’t defrosted it. I didn’t have much time to eat as I need to eat before training for energy but with enough of a gap to digest so I don’t feel sick. I had a few healthy things in the fridge that I could throw together quickly but they pushed me over budget. Exercise was swimming and Jiu Jitsu. A good reminder to plan better!8

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes, raked and bagged leaves for one hour, then slow walked over 8 hours, plus disinfected public areas, plus carried a few heavy boxes for upper body strength.
We had a storm that blew most of my neighbor's leaves into my yard, sigh -- as if my yard has a target sign on it. It happens almost every year.

So hard not to eat my emotions today 😐. Had a good night's sleep and also managed to get a workout done in the morning.💪 Then various dissapointments made me wanna eat. 🍯 Luckily, I have almost no junk in the house now 😁 (is dark chocolate junk? Or nuts? Okay, Tresor cereals are...).
While shopping I thought of how bad I wish that there was a good, high volume, small pieces, taste good (lots of carbs) something at 0,05 calories and no artificial stuff in it. Since there isnt 🤷♀️, I just had a healthy dinner, drank tea 🍵 in the evening and was stubborn enough to do another workout 💪.
So... 200+ cal left and I'll call it a day soon. 😀
2️⃣ passes left (1 used on Nov 9)
The craving is not gone 🤤, so I might have a really hard time tomorrow 😔... However, cooking is on my list for the morning and that will help, since staying physically active keeps me away from munching...6 -

In order to increase the probability of meeting my protein goals (and my budget tbh), I've started pre-logging more. But then I always end up switching out for other snacks I end up coming across (like on my walk today). I need to do better if I'm going to lower my body fat percentage and increase muscle mass.
Abs are made in the kitchen blah, blah, blech 😔5 -

@SummerSkier Sorry about that! Sometimes I get so involved reading and responding to past posts that I forget to post a next-day discussion opener. That is what happened last night.
Tonight, I'll be reading the discussion opener and posts of November 5.4 -
We, Rose and I, are still getting set up in our winter residence here in the SW desert of the United States.
Most days, I'm working half days from my home office here in the condo. Late afternoon, I've been going over to the stable to work with my horse and for both of us to get acclimated to the new sites; sounds; horses; and expectations. I am really happy and surprised at how well Cocoa, the horse, is doing. He is calm and very chill.
Exercise: 45 minutes of casual horseback riding and activity, plus 46 minutes of walking the dog. Our farm dog who has hardly ever been on a leash has suddenly had to get used to being leashed here in this urban environment. She is adjusting.
Calories: under my limit. It's always easy when I get lots of exercise
Tracking: good7 -

So crazy busy today! I didnt even put a morsel of food into my mouth until 7:30pm! This is not good and actually don't know how I was able to go this long without eating. I usually get very shaky as I am hypoglycemic and need to eat every few hours, but once in a blue moon I can get away with it. So I finally got my food all in and exercise. I ate more nuts today than usual to try and push the calories up a bit since they are high calorie foods and you don't get that much of them. There was no way I could try and eat 1200 calories this late in the night, well not true! I should say I could easily eat 1200 calories this late in the night if I wanted to pick high calorie foods that were not the healthiest options for me, but am learning not to do this!4 -
