Success in developing the healthy habits which are the foundation of the UAC is very important.
Today, I'd like to encourage you to turn thoughtfulness around and reach out to someone who has/is very important to you and share with them an affirmation and encouragement.
You and they will be glad if you will act on my request!

Exercise? No (just could not get out today)
In budget? Yes
Tracking? Yes
Today was not a good day. Very tired. Only managed to do my work today, no extra capacity to get out and walk.
Tomorrow should be a better day.10 -
Yes, yes, yes. Funny factoid about Caribbean food. I lost weight after 2 wks of my family visiting and cooking up fine Haitian rice (brown, black, red beans, green bean rice), stews, legumes, plantains, oxtail, and rasta pasta (spicy version of alfredo). Somehow I've lost weight but my tummy has streeettcccccchhhed out due to carb overload I'm enjoying the look and the loss of lbs whilst consuming such delicious-ness.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes - got my run in even tho I had to cut it short a little due to a blister starting up. Moleskin to the rescue!
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes. I am a pre logger because that way I know what I can have for snacks and how many of Bandit's carrots and apples I can steal.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes.8 -
Haha, I’m in tune with you @RangerRickL. I did my act of thoughtfulness before I even saw your post. I ended up videoing a few of the kids at Jiu Jitsu class today and I’ve just sent the videos to all their parents. We don’t allow parents to watch class (we use COVID as the main reason, but the kids behave better without parents around and those who train can be a problem trying to coach their kids from the side which can stress some of the kids out). I decided to try and get videos of the kids I missed today and send them to their parents as well over the next couple of weeks. It’s nice for the parents to see how their kids are doing.
Today I planned to run before work but by the time I got there it was raining quite hard so I went to gym instead. Did a short yoga video and some arm rehab stuff and then decided the rain had eased enough and still got my run in! Of course then there was Jiu Jitsu in the evening as well so plenty of exercise for me. All food is logged and under budget and mostly it was good choices. I did have cake at a fellow staff member’s farewell (which we were going to skip). It turned out to be a good thing we went because we found our missing snake. A harmless snake escaped about 6 weeks ago and had made his way across the complex and was lying on some shelves. My friend saw it and thought it looked strange and asked me what it could be. I was very happy to walk over and collect our little adventurer.8 -
