I'll be away for the next 3 days as my wife and I do our snowbird move from our farm west of Chicago to our condo in Phoenix.
This week, I'll be driving a pickup truck with my horse, Cocoa, in the trailer. Behind me in the cab of the truck will be the black and white border collie, Chica.
I've encouraged other team members to do a daily opening post.

Back from a long hiatus. Hope to be sharing more in the near future.Currently working through depression. Have been in hospital and need to go back again middle of this month for an in-patient program.
The habits I learned from UAC have kept me in good condition. Even though I was not posting here, I was still trying to get daily exercise and watched what I ate.
@craigo3154 I am so thrilled to see your post. I have missed you so much - and your wisdom. I’m sorry you’ve been going through this, and I will be sending you best wishes as you continue to tackle it.
I want you to know I use something ALL the time that you said awhile back, paraphrased, “Success at weight loss & maintenance takes Self-Honesty.” I could not agree more!

Day 2 down! The scale surrenderred faster than I would have hoped for. 🍀 I have no idea why I retain water after the hikes. 🤔 It's not that they are very intense, we have children with us! Usually it's 1500ft elevation difference, so decent climbs...
Started yesterday by 2 short workout and also did some isometrics throughout the day. Late afternoon I biked in the neighbourhood with the boys. So around 1h of exercising. ✅
Eating was decent, given that I was really hungry a few times. Stayed within calories (ideally I'll have about 300cal left), but I'll take it. ✅
In short, no passes so far! 😃5 -
