Hello. Female, 39 y/o, 5'3'', 206lbs, eating window is from 2:00pm-7:00pm. Have been intermittent fasting consistently for about 3 weeks now.

    I also love the way intermittent fasting makes my skin feel. It makes me want to run my hands all over my face all day long. lol
