I'm even for the week.
I had a good week eating wise. I'll finish the week at or above my step goal, but I'd like to have more consistency from day-to-day. I had an abnormally active day yesterday where I was on my feet for about 10 hours and ended up walking 6.6 miles. Everything hurts today!1 -
I'm down 0.4 this week, just like last week. I know what small change I need to make, and am 2 days into it seeing results already. Details in the challenge thread.1

Up .04 lbs this week but I consider it a win. I'm back to my 100 lb loss that I've bounced around for years.
So I'm feeling better than I've felt in 2-3 years so time to get moving.1 -
