Can you move me to support team for now please?

@cnb124 Will be happy to help...is everything ok? I noticed you came in 2nd place with your loss last week. I hope you're ok and not discouraged...you're doing an amazing job.

I'll alert the MODS to move, but please let me know if there's anything I can do to help.

It was my birthday yesterday, so my, my husband, and our kids whent to a town about an hour away, its a tiny touristy town where they have a ski mountain. We just went to get away for a couple days. They have a motel called the Chateau Rouge, and they are fairly affordable rooms, but are like little apartments. They have a kitchen and living room with a fire place, and upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Then of course they have a pool and hot tub. I swam for an hour with the kids trying to get some sort of workout in. I also did a 45 minute workout in out room, I would go up the stairs, do 5 pushups and 10 shoulder raises with 5lb weights, then go down the stairs, and do 15 to 20 squats with the 2 5lb weights (yes I carries the weights up and down the stairs) I did that for 45 minutes. I did not however work out yesterday, breaking my workout streak at 46 days :( But I had to get laundry done and grocery shopping, and I was super tired. Oh well, I was right back at it this morning. There is a candy store where we went, I always stop and buy lots of yummy salt water taffy. So it was a nice relaxing weekend, and I am up 3lbs, so today and tomorrow I am filling up on lots of low calorie foods hoping to knock that back down before my weigh in on Wednesday.

    Monday weigh-in
    PW: 207
    CW: 207
    LTD: 3 lbs

    ~

I weighed myself yesterday that is not my weigh-in day and was 206.4. My weigh-in today is higher, at 207 which is what I weighed-in at last week on Monday.

I have been doing better on my steps and finally broke the 10,000 steps barrier for two days in a row so I'm very proud of that. I am working on my steps today on my Gazelle that I do in chunks of time where I sit down and rest or do something else. I'm planning to do 10,000 daily - mostly before starting work at 3:30PM. My pedometer is such a good 'toy' to have because I'm checking my sleep now too :)<3

New Mexico closed the gyms, etc. for two weeks. I'm back on the daily walk trail as a substitute. The weather is still nice so it will do. I hate to lose all the "progress" I've made in terms of weights and swimming but that's life in the black plague. I went to buy some potatoes for the crockpot on Saturday and they were sold out! Potatoes?! I can almost understand the TP hording but potatoes? The panic buying (even for Thanksgiving) is just so silly. Luckily, I bought a big turkey a couple weeks ago, I suspect those will disappear soon if they haven't already.

Hey there...I had your previous weight as 188.1 for last week. Is that wrong? Starting weight for November from last Oct week carryover was 188.3. Let me know and we'll get things corrected.
    Jess

Hi Jess! You are right. It should have been:

    PW: 188.3

I noticed our shelves are starting to run out of things again, ugh. I just dont understand at all. I have almost all our thanksgiving stuff already though, all I need is ingredients for a side dish, eggs for deviled eggs, and pie

@jessicakrall8 Believe it or not, I did not round them off! That was the actual number at midnight when I got off work!

After much consideration this will be my last post here. I no longer want to be in this group and feel I was unjustly treated and called out as some kind of liar around my steps.
I find it shameful I was treated that way.
It takes me a bit of time to consider what I go through so I may not let it be known at that point what I am feeling and processing until later. Maybe some of you are the same. I have never "rounded" my steps or numbers here EVER. Nor would I. I find it sickening I would be accused on such a thing let alone publicaly.
I am uncomfortable with this group so will not be posted here again. I will not read comments here either as I find it a toxic environment to essentially be called a 'cheat'.
I am not a 3-year old that needs someone to instruct me to "not round my numbers". I'm attaching a screen shot of my steps. As I said, I work at my desk at home, I work until midnight and just jotted my steps down as I was quitting my shift. My pedometer said my steps were "11,000" at that time which I reported.
As you can see, if I had "rounded my numbers" why would I have rounded down for my steps instead of up? That doesn't even make sense if I were cheating and "rounding my numbers".
I have never gotten an apology from J@jessicakrall8 and don't want one, it's been so late in truly responding to this now I don't care. She is being unfriended on my personal page as well. Take care, the rest of you.
Keep on keep'n on and I will root for your continued progress.
    love,
    charsuzy

In light of that last comment...it's always hard to tell "tone" in a posting or message. Anyone who's been around here for any length of time, knows I would never intentionally hurt anyone's feelings...and I certainly never call anyone a liar.

I've sent her a message but not sure she'll see it. Apologies if anyone else took things that way...not my intention...I know there are some groups that do round and since she was new, I was just letting her know.

If in doubt, talk it out...I wasn't given the opportunity to explain...I had no idea anyone was offended.

    Take care,
    Jessica
