Time to Change.... I am not a newbie but have been in and out and in and out ... this time ... seriously in...
My journey :
1st attempt 2003 : 115kg to 96kg in 18 months
2nd Wave : 2011 : 98kg to 88kg in 12 months
Current : Jan 2020 started at 97.5kg and now down to 92.5... 5kg in 11 months ... plan to speed up
Goal : 86kg
BodyFat % : 12% ( current 24%)
