I'm down 0.2 pounds. Still maintaining.

I'm down 1.4. I suspect it's actually more than that. I decided not to put the weigh-in off until tomorrow like I sometimes do when I haven't slept.
It was a decent week eating wise. Not perfect but much more mindful with more thoughts of, "I really don't need to eat that."

Up 2.8 lbs. Not a good week backed up by a bad week before. Quit tracking let my self go mindless eating. Damage done now time to move on and get the 9 lbs off I just put on urrrrrg!! This journey is something else.😡🤬2
