Hi Everyone! No I didn't fall off the face of the Earth! LOL

I never want to scrub tiny, natural tiles on a floor again! By the end of the day yesterday, between scrubbing, lifting, moving, bending… my arms felt like I had been at the gym and my legs just screamed, “Go to bed, already!” I will be continuing to deep clean everything in the house (walls, floors, furniture, appliances…) for most of the week. I’m seriously looking forward to downsizing! But at least there's no problem getting enough exercise/activity this week!4 -

I made the cookies for staying on track. They were good. It just had too much banana for me. Every bite had a taste of banana. So I would suggest using one and a half bananas instead of 3.

Mhm... surprized I hadnt posted about Sunday... sleep was okay, eating okay and I did an HR workout after the kids went to bed, cause the family walk was too short.
