Gained weight after having a kid, Dr said I am now on an 800 calorie diet and I need meal ideas

Hi Di here! I had my son 3 years ago, up 50 from my comfy weight of 170. I was concerned my VS had stretched but he said it didn't and re-education and back to 800 calorie a day to quickly drop the weight, then maintain from there. I would really appreciate examples of meals you have that are high in protein and about 200 calories or less per meal. Thank you!

    My new favorite is Chicken and zoodles (spiralized zucchini) and veggies. I cook my chicken breast in batches on the stove top for the week, and buy zucchini and prepackaged bags of mixed veggies to make life easier.

    Also chicken salad or another protein with veggies. Fiber and protein keeps me much fuller, also drinking lots of water. I flavor my water with sliced lemon and some frozen fruit and it makes it easier for me to drink.
