Do as many push ups as you can +1 every day for 7 days. If you need to do them on your knees then go for it but try to challenge yourself!

    How is everybody doing with this challenge? I've gotten a late start but I am going to do a whole week of it and then maybe more.

    This one was tough for me. It was easy for me to say that I did as many push-ups as I could during the 30 DS. So I kinda think I only did it…..once. :blushing: Sorry guys! I'll do better this week, I promise.
