Week 11 Challenge
This weeks challenge could be difficult. It is to meet your macro goals as closely as you can. Try to get your recommended amount of carbs/fat/protein each day this week. Week 10 Challenge

Try a new fitness activity this week. It could be a new sport, a new workout DVD, a new body weight exercise. Something new to break up the routine and give you an opportunity to try something you have never done before. Change is good :)
Excited for Halloween
My birthday is on Halloween, so, for obvious reasons, it's my favorite holiday! I just realized today that I'm turning 31 on 10/31 this year (golden birthday?), and I have another 13 pounds to meet my goal. Silly I know, but it made me smile. So what are you guys going to be for Halloween?
