Sign up for a race or new fitness challenge. This can be a 5k/10k/obstacle course, a new fitness class, or a challenge on mfp. This is to keep the momentum going for when this challenge ends so that we can keep going strong as we head into the holidays :) For me, it helps to have something to look forward to. I'll probably sign up for the Tough Mudder in April when I get a little cash. Lets keep going strong, 2 more weeks!
