    i've managed to get all 3 in up to today... apparently i didnt sign up for a class on thursdays lol.. guess there was nothing that interested me! So i'll have to do it on my own... at least the weather is good for walkies and i'll do some squats and stretches while watchign tv lol

    I’m also managing to get 2 out of the 3 most days. I need to be more dedicated but the motivation comes and goes.

    Steps are it for me....occasionally I get some strength in....and a bit of stretching

    Today is the last day of the challenge - we all got some of the “extra” moves in during the two weeks so well done to all!

    I’m afraid that I didn’t do as well as I had hoped. I’ve been down with a wicked head cold since Friday. I’d like to do this again but perhaps to kick off the new year?

    I got in plenty of steps and some of the other stuff in spurts! It was a needed challenge.
