I'm up 1.2 pounds since last Friday. Not too bad considering that it was Thanksgiving yesterday and I certainly was not restrictive! Still maintaining.

Up 7.6# since last week. This Wednesday nd Thursday were the "breakers". Although the meals were fine, the desserts and beer weren't.1

Planning to weigh tomorrow after a day of not being on my feet so much. My ankles look like they do after a long flight!1

I’m not a Friday weigher - but I AM a daily weigher. I’m up about 3# from Wednesday AM, which is fine and accurate. I could have had a “blue dot” yesterday, but made a deliberate decision to go deeper with my evening meal. I used two biscuits instead of two slices of low-calorie bread, and had another slice (4 pts) of low calorie pumpkin pie. Simply put, I consciously decided I’m better off indulging in something I like that’s rarely available at home than I am going forward in the week feeling I deprived myself. A sense of deprivation will get me off track faster than anything else.3

Up 2.8 lbs since last Friday WI. Hate to admit it but confession is good for the soul. I've bassically just let myself go since my low October 30th of 298.6. Thats a gain of 3.15 lbs per week. It's just a fact for me I can't let my love for food and lots of it take control of my me and my mind.
It's tiring fighting the battle but at the same time for me it's far worse to let a benge go on for a month. Yes I have to beat myself up and also give myself a KITA.
Cheers! Here's to a great attitude for the coming week and even though Christmas day lunch is coming that's just one meal. It's the little foxes that spoil the vine.
Now it's my duty to not let that happen.👍🙂0 -
