Hi Trimstones, new member here, echojuliet21, but I can go by ej21 to save some typing.
ej21. I am currently starting the challenge on 2 January and will weigh in for the first time on 3 Jan. I am 262 now and will go down to 160. my goal is to lose 2 lbs per week.5 -

Hello. New member starting January 2021! Yesterday i found my old belts and none of them fit, it was like awakening why did I allow myself to gain all that weight... i can come up with many excuses for weight gain, but none of it explains why i should not loose it. Hope for a new fresh start!1

Sorry, I did not realize my weigh in for week 4 was supposed to be in yesterday.
I weighed today, and it was not good. Too many Christmas treats all around.
I will hold off and for week 5 now which I see has to be in by next Saturday.

I decided to join the Biggest Loser challenge at work which runs from January 4th thru March 29th. I'm hopeful that with a little financial motivation, this group and my coworkers I can kick start my weight loss again.1

I'm excited to get going again in January. Has anyone set any fitness goals for the new year? I'm working on 2. The first is to be able to do an unassisted pull up. Im a long way from that at the moment. The other is to run a sub 10 minute mile. My best is just under 13 for now.4
