I have zero self control when it comes to junk food. Besides throwing everything in the trash, does anyone have saying or anything else that has helped them with self control?

I think I have all the weigh ins caught up...haven't been feeling too well today...this was a stressful week with regular work...last full week before the holidays...also, preparing my piano students for their virtual recital...their deadline is Christmas Eve to have their performances taped and sent to me...then have to finish the programs, post/email those to each family and upload all of the performances to the studio page on Facebook. WHEW! All has to be done by Christmas Day. Sorry it took so long guys...

My steps have not recorded for the dates 12/17 to 12/19 as not syncing so will have to be nil,very annoying!0 -
@KHill875 & @vjsky yup. I'm with you. I struggle with emotional eating too.
I've had an exhausting last half term with staff absence in our department- 1 other illness, 2 off 3 weeks covid & I was off 4 days (tested negative but when I stopped to test & isolate, adrenaline sunk with me not being 100%).
Covering all absence, on-line lessons & Teams lessons for isolating students plus normal ones I've just plodded on.
Government announcement for schools via the news not to schools annoyed me. Thankfully we'd been telling students to take books home in case something like this happened- just had thought they'd have courtesy to inform us first.
Fortunately todays changes haven't affected us as we only intended to bubble up on Christmas Day and that's still tentative according to our health & workplace risks.
So my eating not been the best.
I went to bed early & slept in seriously late. Hoping for a better day tomorrow.2 -

Finally scales moving in right direction2 -
Inspired- went to gym on a Sunday morning after dropping hubbie at work. I don't feel confident going to church with all the restrictions when a lot of our congregation are elderly & I work in a school so I'm sticking to the streamimg service instead- love it because I can watch it when I want & sing a ling with hymns- we're not allowed to sing in confined spaces because of the further projection beyond 2m (6")!
I just want to check 2 things please-
1-Is previous weight the week before or original starting weight? (Not that has made much difference for me - but hopefully next week).
2- Do I have to sign up for January or do we roll over automatically?

The Green Challenge Percentage of people who lost weight this week. No matter how small the loss the weights are recorded in green. @JoDavo66 1-PW is previous weigh in, so the week before...2-you roll over automatically as long as you haven't dropped to a different chart for any reason...with the exception of the step team...you re-enroll for it each month to give you the opportunity to switch your daily step goal.
Wise decision about your church services...wish more people were being as wise. You can worship anywhere...and like you, I enjoy the online services too...
