Need to get back on track

I am type 2 and was doing well with IF 18/6 (hope it is ok to join this group that says 16/8) My doctor changed my meds and I put on a bit of weight, and my sugars went wild. I have been trying now to get back onto IF and low carb. I did well before when I logged my food, so that is the plan. I know it is just before Christmas and there is baking etc! Exactly when I need to focus on what I put into my mouth! I walk every day, and intend to get back to daily yoga.
