I'm 4' 10" and looking for other petite individuals for motivation and to support each other.
I was successful before using MFP but then stress got the better of me. I gained all the weight back plus 20 lbs more.
Now I have fatty liver disease and my PCP wants me to lose weight for my health - so do I. I am ready!!
