Introduction
I'm trying to lose 40 pounds . I'm 5'2" and lose weight so slowly at 1200 calories. It's frustrating. I have lost weight successfully in the past using a volumetrics approach (eating more volume for the same calories FTW!). I think I'm going to have to stick with it long term to KEEP the weight off though.
