If anyone else would like to join me, during the month of September I am also going to try to follow these rules Monday - Friday:
1. 80 g protein or more per day
2. at least 1 serving fruit
3. at least 2 servings vegetables
4. 1 serving 'healthy fat' (avocado, coconut oil, etc)
5. at least 10 8oz glasses of water per day

so why not, it should not be too hard. maybe for water. sometimes i don't reach it.0 -
