Side challenge

If anyone else would like to join me, during the month of September I am also going to try to follow these rules Monday - Friday:

1. 80 g protein or more per day
2. at least 1 serving fruit
3. at least 2 servings vegetables
4. 1 serving 'healthy fat' (avocado, coconut oil, etc)
5. at least 10 8oz glasses of water per day

    ok.i'm pretty much doing that already.
    so why not, it should not be too hard. maybe for water. sometimes i don't reach it.
