I loved this arms workout. Just hard enough and one circuit. About 15 minutes.

Let's just post all out workouts here. You guys are into the you tube workouts, which is great! No sense in having to go back and forth. And we can just use this continuously...month to month. Put up new videos when you come across them. What do you say??

How do you guys watch your videos? Phone? Laptop/Computer? TV?

I don't mind your suggestion Chris. I just like having somewhere they don't get lost. I actually use my fire stick and the television in my gym. Works great. I can even subscribe to the ones I like which makes finding them easier.

61 minute - 3.33 miles walked this afternoon. The morning was way too cold. Good walk.
I have my A1C tomorrow with the endocrinologist. The 3 months went really fast. Hope I get a good result. I’ve been consistent with my workouts and have been pretty good with snacks and my diet in general.
You’re correct Shelley I actually hooked up the FireStick in my bedroom. It was pretty easy.

This is what I did tonight. Cardio is either on the treadmill or YouTube mostly during the workweek. To icy outside in the dark. I really enjoyed this video. Wish I spoke Spanish though.

Thank you Paula. He hated me to carry him on walks. I always had to sneak up on him. He loved to walk. But he just could not finish the walks this year. He always wore his sweater.0
