Ok, so it’s been a while since anyone posted, but if there at least a couple people out there working through the Beck Diet Solution program, give a shout out!

    Hi, I was going through this last year, but it does require a lot of time to work through all the days. Some of the techniques wore me out. For example, I understand counting all the times I make a good decision, but even though I got a counter on my phone, it wasn't motivating for me. I did think the cards with all the reasons I wanted/needed to lose weight was helpful in discouraging extra eating. It's good behaviour modification. How did you do with the Beck Diet solution?
