60 min working w/my trainer. Too cold and windy for any walking here in northern California.

We had a break in the weather so I went out and lopped and sawed some more of the tree/bush to make my poor wimpy upper arm muscles all quivery. Started but didn't finish the last branch hitting the roof. That will need to wait till after the storm now.

@cpanus Chris, This storm actually rated a name: "Winter Storm Orlena." Weather forecasters are predicting a few feet of snow around the North Bay and up to 7 feet in the Sierra's.

Oops, almost forgot. I have still been using my BowFlex. The last 2 nights I have been doing that and the treadmill. I was on it a lot last night. I was watching You've Got Mail. How did I not ever see it before. What a wonderful show.

Still stormy here. However, a short break in the rain allowed me to get out there for 5.30 miles in 88 mins. My feet were cryin' at the 16.## min miles, but I'm okay now. I don't think my feet are used to that speed any more...they got soft from doing 20 min miles w/DH.

It was chilly in Georgia but I completed a 60 minute walk - 3.18 miles. 🥶

Nice going you two. When it is chilly out I think you burn more calories while trying to stay warm. o:)

Last night I was watching some cheesy romance show about and figure skater and her new partner going to the Olympics. I did my BowFlex, then 35 minutes on the treadmill and finished with some planks and stretches. I am watching silly movies this week.

Well you both did so good. I was the slug. I did make it to Hobby Lobby and walked a bit. Then bought some material with pretty fish to make a mask from! :p

Karen - actually we were goofing around an area where they are starting to build houses. Walked in the mud...got taller...was wearing mud high heels by the time we left the area. Had to dig the mud off with a pointy stick!! Got to go down the path with the passion flowers...they needed water or help or something...sad. Pat turned for home a lot sooner than I wanted, but it turned out okay. I'm pretty happy with 4 miles.
