This is the last day of January and this is the last list of Winner's Circle Qualifiers. Each of you are amazing!!

Great weekend although it was all pass days. No cellphone signal and lots of sun and fun with friends.
Morning run on Friday, 10 km hike on Saturday and 5 km hike on Sunday plus regular walks to the rock pool to go swimming. Slept looking at the stars both nights. Board games with friends and playing with their kids. And then coffee and a walk my man on Sunday afternoon.
I will start logging again from tomorrow morning. Definitely need to get back on track.

Cold and wet again today – even a few flakes of snow – so only a short bike ride. Looking forward to better weather next month.

Today was good, even too good. I have over 250cal left. At some point I thought I am missing something because I felt quite full - maybe it's been so good because I skipped breakfast!

Hi all,
Gonna close the month out by using my first pass day. I’m making the boys rustic Italian bread and potato, leek, and cheddar soup for dinner and after kneading the bread and seeing 24 inches of snow in the forecast - I just want to enjoy dinner and not worry about it today. 😬🤷🏻♀️
I did get my class in at the gym AND had a depressing body scan this morning. I def made progress in the last year but not as much as I would have liked. I had a moment to be depressed about it, now I’m taking the night off to eat soup and bread and tomorrow I’ll be back at it ready to win February.
So yes on exercise and tracked, but no on calories. First pass day used.
