Today I did another 45 mins of Dancing to the oldies (but I stayed indoors so as not to scare the neighbors!), and then 60 mins of walking 3.0mph outside (Brrr!) We had our bible study tonight at MY home, so I didn't have time to do any more exercising tonight. Now it's time for BED! Lol.
@donna25trinity I did send @dewit a friend request today, so that I could send her a private message and tell her that she would be MISSED. I believe that she's planning to attend in Feb after all! Yay!!!!!!!

Today was stressful, but instead of stress-eating (my usual response), I decided to go for a walk when I'd finished teaching for the day. I wasn't in the mood to walk at all, and I was moving pretty slowly--but I'm still proud of making that choice. And I'm pretty sure I'll qualify for the winner's circle!

Hands up, I haven't used a Pass Day and hope to be in the Winner's Circle.
Also, I got on the scale today and didn't lose a pound but did lose 4 inches, so I'm happy about that today. Looking forward to February to start weight training. It's been a good month and glad I found this group.

So today was a win because my knees were hurting and I was ready to quit the treadmill after about five minutes but since I already used my three pass days I stuck with it until 23 mins. I expect to be in the winners circle since I don't anticipate taking anymore pass days.3 -

It took me 12 days, but little by little, I got here.
Scale popped up further despite my good work - likely water retention from increase in walking. Focusing on patience.

Juuust about! But I made it within the alotted calories. I was hungry all afternoon 🤷♀️ and ate (carbs 🙈). It got better after the workout (tabata + legs&glutes and only 3 more to go, from this 12 week programme 🎉) and in the evening I fought hunger heroically 👍.
I 🙋♀️ hope to make it in the winners circle 🙌. One pass left, as a buffer. 😉

Hi all!Exercise: Yes. I logged a 64 minute walk, but my Apple Watch only gave me credit for 50 minutes of exercise. Boooo. (Was a little slow in places because of snow and because I was walking with the Hubby who is recovering from a knee injury.)
