Today I had a quick strength test for a 4 week program I'm doing. The instructor had us double the weight we'd used previously for a goblet squat for this squat test, but my right quad started hurting not in a good way so I stopped. I'm going to drop the weight and try again tomorrow. Annoyed though because I wanted to do my bike bootcamp workout today too.5 -

This morning I did 15 minutes of Pilates and 20 minutes on the rebounder. This afternoon I did 45 minutes of Dancing to the Oldies on the front porch. It was only 35(F) so I made sure I kept GROOVIN to fast tunes so I didn't get COLD! I had my ear buds in so if the neighbor saw me, they probably now think I'm CERTIFIED LOONEY! (Thankfully the neighbor is elderly and isn't really all that close!)
Then tonight I did 60, yes 60 MINUTES!! at 3.6mph on the treadmill (plus 5 min warm up walking) Total 150 minutes, total burn 987 calories!

I’m feeling like I got hit by a truck and probably need a rest day but I’m hell bent on making January a perfect month so maybe my first day of the February challenge can be a rest day. Lol.
