Went out on one of my longer rides today. I stopped on the hill and looked at the views β lovely but they donβt photograph well especially when everything is wet and muddy. The puddles were joining up across the road in a couple of places but I got through without getting my feet wet!

Long old day at the desk today and feeling a bit guilty with my lack of input into home schooling but will make up for it tomorrow as I have the day off, whoop! But...made a discovery, chair yoga with Adrienne. Six minute video which was a really wonderful break in my day to take some of the tension out of me. Loved it, must try and remember to incorporate it into my working day more often.

Another website suggested upping my calories to 1550. I'm at 1400 right now but eat back a good chunk of my exercise calories. I decided to go ahead and up it since I'm lifting weights now. The protein numbers are going to be hard to hit (and I'm not a fan of protein drinks). I'm going to see how it goes and then scale back if needed.6

Haven't had this sort of day in ages: no workout, not a minute at the fresh air. Work, homeschooling, work, homeschooling, repeat.
