    My calories were quite low through dinner so I just had a big snack and then barely stayed under. Although I'm doing my 20+ minutes per day on on the treadmill I seemed to have fallen off the wagon with my crunches/upper body weights this week. :/

    Fiber ✅ a little high but ok

    Trend still inching up slightly, but it always takes 3-7 days to begin to go back down. Skinny jeans fit great!!
