If you read this UAC post today, you are amazing and admirable! Keep on keeping on!

Yesterday, @MaltedTea noted how many people have already stopped posting since January 1.
The UAC is intentionally simple and yet very difficult. January always has the most dramatic fall out rate.7 -
@Chinkiri - So happy to see you back!

Thanks Bill! I am happy to be back and happy to see old pals still going 'Strong'5 -
Great day.
Morning yoga, abs and rehab and evening Jiu Jitsu. Ate well and under calories.
And in between all that I finally met my friend’s son who is already 8 months old (between lockdown and them travelling we haven’t sent each other in about 10 months).9 -

It is actually encouraging to me to see that the avg American keeps to their resolution 50% thru mid year. I thought that # would be a lot smaller. I do have one MFP friend who recommitted on 1 1 20 and is still logging strong! I am sure there are others.9 -
Tracked, rest day so I did a light walk, and at. Today, I remember my people who died and survived the 2010 earthquake in Haiti. An emotional day and hard to believe it was 11 years ago. But alas, onwards.13

I have increased my baseline calories by 100 as I am dropping below my maintenance weight range but I am doing a lot of “exercise”. Much of this is just restless fidgeting and walking around the house. I’m finding it difficult to settle. My step average since last Wednesday is over 15,000 per day. I’ve still got 200 calories left for a treat before bed.

A good day, it felt easy today 😀. I’m glad to still be here.6 -
The day started like this: 🙃 Which then spiralled into the horrors below.
Thank you for the graph @RangerRickL. I started with MFP back in January 2020 and have logged daily since. With the exception of occasional days like today, I've made much progress and continue to do so more than a year later.
So, three cheers for everyone who can beat the stats. You decide if you win 🙌🏿

Today is my first rest day in a while but I took it way too far and then there was stressing work and home stuff to attend to. I did walk, fwiw, but no amount of walking (which would need to be done before the imposed pandemic curfew) is gonna cut it.9 -

I felt blah most of the day and still had not done any exercising by 4pm. Felt completely unmotivated. I told myself I still just had to do yoga for the day. After yoga, I felt myself smiling and could kick myself for not working out earlier in the day. Felt motivated enough to do a 10 minute pilate & 10 min arms workout. I also wanted to meet my calorie budget for the day so jumped on the bike and rode for 30 minutes, beating a previous output for the ride (which was a battle). Now at nearly 6:30pm I'm in a great mood, lol.8 -

I had a @Bovaryoo kinda day! ( see above ) Totally unmotivated, kept telling myself to just call it a rest day, but....at 4:00pm laced up my shoes and out the door I went! Ended up feeling great out on the trails, even though they were slippery.

I walked at lunch 2.17 miles in 55 minutes tough going in the snow on the horse track at the local fairgrounds but myself and a walking buddy do it almost everyday a lunch time work meeting, as it’s my director and my friend. I finished my exercise with snow shoveling.
Tracked and logged and stayed under😊8 -

The numbers are higher than I thought they would be. I was up and out early for a dental appointment, had a crown put in and from there just kept running around. Besides, the weather was beautiful here today. My mouth was sore so I made soup from leftover veggies, spinach, swiss chard and carrots, and added shredded chicken it was very green but tasted delicious. And now my fridge has room. Overall, a really good day. I weigh in tomorrow and have no clue what to expect ~ fingers crossed.4 -
