    @DouMc Kudos on all your progress so far this year. As for the bras, we can barter because all my new ones are too big since, well, errm, I guess I lose body fat from my chest first?! On certain days, I'm pretty sure I've only lost from my chest 😒

    I am the moderator of the UAC group.
    My personal goal for me and for those who participate is to help replace bad habits with good habits.
    That is the only real goal of the UAC.
    Since I am not doing an Excel spreadsheet on anyone nor anything, each UAC team member is encouraged to follow the guidelines of the Challenge.
    @Dory_42 is right, no one has ever been kicked out by me.
    I'm delighted that so many people have been benefited from following what are intentionally simple and reasonable guidelines.

    @RangerRickL Had no desire to create hubbub. My only intention was to be helpful.

    Yes to all 3 and I did not want to exercise at all, not even a little. Weather? Stress of the world? Something else? Massive cluster headache. I figured it's going to hurt whether I do this or not so let me just get it over with so I don't have to use a pass day. It's still there, but for a little bit I worked through it and I'm glad I did.

    I walked this morning and even though I was soooo tired after a long day at work, I got back on the treadmill this evening so I could complete my circles and earn my Apple Watch "Ring in the New Year" activity challenge award. Award is now secured so I can go to bed... :D

    exercise: flexibility and 12mi on foot at work takes the cake

    budget: had no issue and enjoyed a nice butternut squash soup for dinner

    tracking: getting better with this everyday and succeeded another day!

    Exercised: Yes - stationary bike for 20 minutes - my stationary bike is new, and I'm not loving it so far, but maybe it will grow on me once my body gets used to it - I hope my neighborhood is calm enough to take walks outside this weekend!
