What I do is to prelog my food for the day, then make sure I have plenty of exercise calories to cover last minute indulgences.
The idea of UAC is that you are trying to create better habits, and be accountable for your actions.
It’s all a matter of choice for me.
I ask myself these questions:
1. What real benefit do I gain if I throw the whole day away by choosing to continuing to overeat on that day?
2. Who suffers?

I am the moderator of the UAC group.
My personal goal for me and for those who participate is to help replace bad habits with good habits.
That is the only real goal of the UAC.
Since I am not doing an Excel spreadsheet on anyone nor anything, each UAC team member is encouraged to follow the guidelines of the Challenge.
@Dory_42 is right, no one has ever been kicked out by me.
I'm delighted that so many people have been benefited from following what are intentionally simple and reasonable guidelines.

Yes, x's 3 - zumba and possibly taking sweet pup for a late walk...but for now - just zumba. Adding free weights in. I am adding in some planks.

@DouMc Kudos on all your progress so far this year. As for the bras, we can barter because all my new ones are too big since, well, errm, I guess I lose body fat from my chest first?! On certain days, I'm pretty sure I've only lost from my chest 😒

Many mozzarella sticks disappeared from my freezer today (if you use passive language, it doesn't seem so bad...right?!). Moved up Saturday's rest day to today which means it's "all work, no play" until next Tuesday. No regrets.2
