UAC FAQ Number 5 explains a Pass Day:
"3 PASS" DAYS
You are allowed three "pass" days for the month. You may use a pass day if you are unable to complete the daily challenge due to illness or other circumstances. There is a 3-day pass day limit for the month. If you exceed three pass days, you will NOT BE OUT of the UAC, but you will not qualify for the monthly Winner's Circle. If you need to use a pass day, report it in the sign in thread for that date. For example:
Date: (State the date)

Hve a great day and night guys. Night all.5 -
Just a question. If members do not post in each day but are still holding themselves to the 3 requirements is that ok? I had a friend tell me trying to remember to post each day was stressing them out. I thought it did not matter as long as you kept track and posted when you could.2

Another great day!
Reasonable food choices mostly but I didn’t have hiking snacks for the last minute hike so I raided the parentals cupboard. Shared with my friend when we rested on the hike and we had small portions of a few items, most of which were reasonable plus a couple of small treats. But it’s all logged and on budget.
Exercise was great today. Morning yoga, abs and rehab then two hours of hiking. Afternoon was coaching kids class and wrestling drills at Jiu Jitsu.
Someone commented to me today that it looked like I had fun and I replied that I have built a life where I have fun a lot of the time. Very grateful got that.5 -

Never have I ever nor do I ever want to see the scene that we just witnessed with the take-over of DC. Wow. It's triggering and unnerving. But I stayed the course despite my margaritas. I exercised, ate at calories, and meditated. Pray for the USA because this *kitten*...8

Thanks to this challenge I was motivated to go for a 25 minute walk after my hospital appointment to make sure I tot my exercise in. I also brought food with me to avoid picking up something unhealthy (and to avoid going near people) so I managed to stay within my calories.

Taking a pass. Calories under budget. Didn't drink enough water today. Exercise was completely derailed by the embarrassing and sad events in DC today. Choices, I know. I just can't today.9
