Helped our community take down Christmas decorations, pack and store. Exhausted.3 -
We've been out with the kids hiking and I must've burned quite a bit. Had over 500 left, so even if I forgot to log a snack, I still did really well. Also did some planks when we got home 😉.
NSV: I decided to make a tapas buffet for us for New Years. Everyone else was happy with my choice of desert: panna cotta and mini muffins. I love panna cotta, but I had quite a few veggies with cheese and cheese dip, so I was full and skipped desert. We also had leftovers for Jan 1st, but even then, I just tasted the panna cotta and "donated" the rest to one kid. Victory!4 -

@SummerSkier I am having a hard day today. Thank you for posting Bandit. Do you feel calmer when you are with him? When I look at his picture it always makes me feel calm. I know they use horses to help people deal with PTSD and trauma.2 -

the day was going as planned until hubs surprised me with a margarita. I love him dearly and he will cheer me on, but he's in charge of the kitchen and isn't completely on board. I'll be more assertive tomorrow so he knows to ask first!
I love this! What a sweet thing for hubby to do! My hubby has become my "food police" and I tell him all the time that I don't need HIM to be my food police! (It gets under my skin).. I just try to remember that it's his way of being supportive. Lol.3 -
