I am committed to logging everyday, and have given up my nightly wine for the month of January and to eat as clean as possible.2

I continue to log my food every day and exercise daily in ways my bum knee will tolerate.
I’ve also found recording my frequently used recipes into the app very helpful for ease of accurate calorie count.

I ran (slow ...but still)....ate healthy. Doing the dry January and that helps too.1

I skiied today. And also started crocheting something for my daughter. Not sure if it will turn out or not.....but it keeps my hands busy so I'm not snacking 😉2
