FRUSTRATED with this app - How to set my goal to loose weight?

I put in all of my info, my goal and the app gave me 1200 calories per day (I am 5Ft 2in and 143 pounds)
I have logged for about two weeks, it states if I eat 1200 calories per day I may loose .5lbs per week -?
That is not acceptable I would like to loose 20 lbs and at least 1 to 2 lbs per week, but it doesn't tell me how.
The app talked me into premium but no real benefits except no adds... ? Is there an advisor to help?
Also how do you reply to someone's post without creating a new post?

Its 1200 calories before exercise, as you are supposed to eat your exercise calories back. You can alternatively set it at a fixed calorie allowance or put in a slower weight loss. I have less than a stone to lose and I've set mines at 1700 calories per day however I exercise 5 times a week doing combat and body pump, grit and barre. I don't have premium either.1
