Thought it would be fun to discuss the 30 day Breath series with anyone doing it. Did day 1 yesterday. This is the first 30 day that I have done when it dropped. Day 1 was nice and slow so I could focus on breath and alignment.

I loved day 1 for the same reason, I had a fantastic nights sleep so a double whammy.
Last night not much sleep so I’m definitely going to do tonight Day 2 arrive....

Day 2 - how did 37 minutes feel like 1 minute? Really great one but im still awful at stepping onto lunges.0

Day 2 - “Arrive with each new breath”..... I’m going to have to remind myself of this, bring on day 3!1

Day 3 - Anchor- I embraced the breathing technique and found it so calming!0

Day 4 - Listen- I did yoga a little earlier today since I'm back on my work schedule. The hovering table was hard but cool.0

Day 5 - Replenish- This one was faster paced and challenging0

Day 6 - Burn 🔥- some serious ab work here but I did it! I hope nobody minds of I do this thread for the whole 30 days even if I'm the only one here. It's keeping me oddly accountable.0

Day 7 - synchronize- A lovely practice today0

Day 5 - Replenish- This one was faster paced and challenging
I did day 5 last night couldn’t get into it, unfortunately.

thanks for posting this. I have enjoyed Yoga with Adriene and this looks interesting. Not sure I am ready for some of the more strenous ones....but it may be a good variety of different things. Keep up the great start. Hopefully I'll be a couple of days behind you0
