My Goals

Ok, my goals for this month:
1. Exercise at least 30 minutes 3x/week (stretch would be 4x/week)
2. I also have a goal to start drinking more water like I used to. Since I need to build up, I will start with 5 cups this month (stretch 6 cups)
4. Bring my lunch to work 3x/week (stretch 4 times)
