I am not a medical professional or a nutritionist. The information I share has come from various sources on the internet. These are my personal experiences with a “mental health diet.”

Eating more of these foods, practicing moderate exercise, and meditation have resulted in noticeable improvements in my symptoms and my quality of life.

Never stop using your medications without first consulting your doctor.

Broccoli contains choline and vitamin K which help with memory and cognition. It is also a great diet food as it has lots of fiber, fills you up, and is low in calories.
