    Count me in. I'm new to MFP and I've already found it a great place to meet. I've started the C25K program and this 3x30 group is just what I need to add strength exercises to complement the running. --Tom

    Been tempted to join this group but scared of push UPS...currently on abs challenge so will just add push ups and squats'....huu am doubting myself though but will try!

    I'm in! Doing this with C25K too - hope I can hang! Just to be clear these are 'daily' goals right? Not necessarily done all in one short timeframe?

    Hi, I just joined. I love these challenge groups because they really keep me on track. I checked out the Aug challenge and liked what I saw, so very excited to see what's in store for September.

    Yuppers, as long as you complete the days challenge in a single day. The earlier days are pretty easy to do in 1 set. As we move along in days, i have to break them up into several sets though out the day.
