Hello! I am so excited to start my weight loss journey. I think by joining a group it will be be easy to be be transparent when in a group with others that are striving toward the same goal...Losing weight. This is only day 5 for me but I am going to take it day by day. I need to lose 70 lbs. and I am determined to do it!!

Congrats @bernshrop for starting your journey! I just started the week after xmas. I have 42 pounds to lose! Taking it day by day as well with an aim of 10k steps and 30minute hiit workouts 5/week. This is my first time really exploring the community side of MFP... Don't really know how the "friends" thing works here.0

darinmarie5 Congrats to you as well. This is my first time using MFP as well. I saw other groups but it was like people logged in and never came back on. Well you have a friend in me. I don't get 10K steps in a day but I have a pedicycle that I use 30 min a day. I really watch my food intake daily and I feel the difference from eating healthy already.1
