Have you stopped or limited alcohol? Today will be 2 weeks with zero alcohol. I used to drink a lot, then eat bad.

    I’m a no alcohol guy myself... I’ve always kinda figured I got enough going on with my body, so smoking and drinking are off limits 😂😎

    I am not a big drinker. A beer now and again, and the now and agains can be months apart. Congrats to neznarf0205! How you doing there with the no drink?
