Yes x 3 for Monday and Sunday
Tracked, logged and exercise both days. Hour and a half of tennis on Sunday, stood all day then walking on Monday.4 -
50th bday... yep... today was the day! Pass day nutrition wise... did walk...but nada to tracking and over on everything...and that is ok! Tomorrow I have a plan to get started on for a month and 3 days ... more later. So sorry to be such a flaky group member this month. Had weird weather in Texas with all of the freezing storms etc...and just "life" . Applauding you folks that are hanging in there! I am planning to finish strong with you.7

@thabit11 The way the UAC is structured it is a monthly commitment. Each month, a new set of daily discussion pages are built. I'm glad that you are continuing. That is our goal! It is a monthly commitment toward a long-term accountability for healthy habits.2
