Still picking up the pieces and trying to wind down after a week in survival/panic mode. Stores were cleaned out and are slowly stocking up again, so we're still eating whatever we can find. That makes meal planning difficult, but at least we have water and electricity!
I'm throwing in the towel for the last week of this month. It makes no sense to try to manage my diet when I can't manage what I have in my refrigerator. Hoping to come back strong in March.11 -

Hi everyone! It's good to be back! (First time since Oct.) I put a post in the introductions tab explaining where I went, why I'm back, and why I'm joining the Feb challenge with only a week to go
Today was yes x3.
Exercise was a 75 minute walk. I'm having to manually log exercise because after dusting off my old Fitbit for the first time in a few months, it died after only an hour and won't come back to life even after full charging and resetting. Oh well!
Calories were well under due to the walk and the fact that I got my second vaccine dose yesterday (I'm a teacher) so I wasn't feeling like eating a lot today (just lots of water and tea!)
It's been great reading everyone's posts from today-- I look forward to the rest of the month!5 -

Triple YES day, sort of. I was deliberately inefficient at the grocery store - so I could get more steps in. I’m counting that as my movement today as my leg muscles are tired from yesterday. (Weights - those squats did me in.) And managed to stay under calorie budget.
