    Exercise: Yes walked outside for 90 mins at my friend's condo, she lives on the 8th floor, so I also did 30 mins up the stairs and down (a total of 124 stairs one way ) burned 569 calories total!

    I am hosting a National webex call tomorrow and I tend to stress eat so tomorrow will definitely be a test of will and how far I’ve come with being more mindful of my eating habits. 🤞🏻

    I have the same tendencies.
    I recently went through a similar situation. What worked was visualizing the moment the work event was over. Did I want to have to lose weight then? Or did I want to be done with the event & have maintained?

    The answer was “maintained.” I drank lots of water & herbal tea. Baby carrots, celery, green peppers, and apples help too!
