Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 20 min of walking ( today is a rest day, I'm ached all over from muscles training)
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, 1,193/1,200. I didn't make healthy choices but stayed under.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes, 2,100 ml of fluid.

We had a really long walk this morning but at a 4 year-olds pace and with lots of stops – we were following a “spring trail” through the village. It was lovely to spend time with all the family with no squabbling (well, almost none) between the children. I’ve counted it at 50 minutes because it was probably not much more than 2 miles but it took us much longer.
@MadisonMolly2017 I feel for you, I lost my cat just before Christmas. He was just over 16 years. I kept looking round for him for some time. I'm sorry for you pain.9 -

Thank you @lesdarts180. I realized I’ve been a mom or a cat mom for 35 years. Thank you for the heads-up. I’m hoping I can remain focused upon how lucky we were to be able to enjoy her for so long. The hard part is how quickly both of our cats turned the corner. Running all over the place 2 days ago; now she’s barely moving but still eating & drinking tons. We decided not to take her to the vet since we would not be able to go in with her.

Back on it after my pass day yesterday....

Got all three done no snacking last night doing the same tonight tired more snow like the rest of the US but at least I have power grateful for that .7

I can never think of an NSV on the 15th each month, but always think of one a day or two after the fact! But I have one now. Last night I was still lying awake at 4:15 this morning, having never fallen asleep. The NSV is that I realized this afternoon that I never considered eating during all those hours lying awake.

Tonight I ran on the treadmill at 4.5mph for 25 mins and then walked at 3.0 mph for another 38 mins. I also did 33 mins of rebounding earlier in the day.8 -
