Hello new to the group

Hey Y'all I just joined group and looking for people who k ow the struggle of diabetes but wanting to nip it in the butt, I have cut out potatoes, breads and pasta completely and just added in more fresh low carb veggies and berries, can't do normal fruits like most can, due to them spiking my glucose levels high, also cutting diet soda down to once a week and drinking more water, to me it's all about moderation and getting off my butt and get to shaking it. I have never felt so good like I do now that I am eating and actually taking control of my diabetes.
