Carb Craving before period

I started to lose weight again since March 2020 with LCHF and IF, and was doing well and pandemic actually helped since I try to minimize grocery runs and take outs.
I had a really bad binge episode a month ago, I ate the whole bag of white chocolate chips I brought for baking for family. I don't even like white chocolate that much.
I think back, I had some small episode of over-eating or binge in the past year also, but usually I got back on track the next day. It was always before my period.
Any advise to avoid this problem?

    Options
    Have healthier versions of your trigger foods (sugary snacks/salty snacks) on hand prior to your period arriving. Therefore when you get and urge, you have a good option already.
